When Maksim commenced his legal education at Widener University School of Law, he was driven by the thought of working in a career that was both challenging and community oriented. During his time in law school, Maksim was fortunate to be a member of the Widener Civil Clinic, where he represented victims of domestic violence in Delaware. Maksim also worked for a plaintiff’s litigation firm in Bucks county, where he assisted attorneys with cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, and family law matters. His dedication to the law clinic and his many hours volunteering outside of the classroom earned him a Pro Bono graduation distinction. In May of 2015, Maksim joined Spear, Greenfield & Richman, a firm with deep roots in the Philadelphia community. Maksim recognizes the trust that clients place in their attorney and is dedicated to providing his clients with the highest degree of professionalism in his representation.
