Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Viola represented clients in a variety of complex litigation matters related to consumer finance, mortgage and lending litigation, and regulatory compliance.
During her legal career, Ms. Viola worked as a litigation attorney for other large Philadelphia-area law firms where she gained experience representing mortgage lenders, arguing motions and negotiating non-traditional settlements in state and federal court.
Ms. Viola received her J.D. from Widener University School of Law, where she was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and participated in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. During law school, she interned for the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons in the Northeast Regional Office where she evaluated tort claims filed under the Federal Tort Claims Act. Ms. Viola also provided assistance in civil litigation at the federal and regional levels.
When not practicing law, Ms. Viola enjoys cooking and spending time with her Great Dane. She is also an avid runner and has completed the New York City Marathon two times.
