Voorhees, NJ (April 16, 2022) – Two people were killed on Friday, April 15th when the vehicle they were riding in collided with a steamroller in a construction zone in Camden County.
The accident occurred at about 9:00 p.m. in the southbound lanes of Route 73 near Kresson Road in Voorhees.
Two of the vehicle’s occupants died at the scene.
The operator of the heavy construction vehicle also sustained injuries during the crash. He was taken to an area hospital and is currently listed in critical condition. m
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
