Philadelphia, PA (February 16, 2025) – A woman was found dead after a tree fell onto her car following an apparent crash in Northeast Philadelphia on Sunday, February 16, police said.
The woman was found in a gray Honda Accord on the 500 block of West Hill Creek Drive around 6:15 p.m. Sunday, Philadelphia police said. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The woman, who was in the driver’s seat, has not been identified. It’s unclear if anybody else was hurt in the incident. In the meantime, an investigation is ongoing, and no further details have been provided.
