Philadelphia, PA (May 7, 2022) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the Philadelphia area left at least one person with injuries on Friday evening, May 6. Just before 5 p.m., the Philadelphia Fire Department and police responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 95.
Reports provided by local authorities show that a collision between vehicles blocked the southbound side of Interstate 95 in the area of Bartram Avenue. The incident caused moderate delays in traffic as crews closed off the right lanes of the roadway to clear the scene.
At least one person was transported to a local hospital where they underwent medical treatment for undisclosed injuries. At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
