Perdix, PA (November 16, 2024) – Pennsylvania State Police troopers confirmed that two people were killed in a crash that closed U.S. 11/15 between Interstate 81 and Duncannon on Thursday night, November 14.
The southbound vehicle crossed over into the northbound lane, and the two vehicles collided. The driver of the southbound vehicle and the passenger of the northbound vehicle were both pronounced dead at the scene, troopers added.
The northbound vehicle’s driver was taken to Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital with moderate injuries. No details about the victims’ identities have yet been released. In the meantime, an investigation is ongoing, and no further details have been provided.
