Egg Harbor Township, NJ (May 12, 2024) – Following a collision on Saturday night in Egg Harbor Township, a motorcyclist was killed.
Officers said that a Pitman man was traveling on a motorcycle along Black Horse Pike in front of Story Book Land just before midnight. Shortly thereafter, the motorcyclist was struck by an unknown vehicle. EMTs rushed to the site and attempted life-saving measures on the man, but he died from his injuries at the scene.
It’s unclear whether any other victims involved in the collision were injured. However, an accident reconstruction team was called to help with the investigation, and the inquiry is ongoing. Witnesses were asked to contact the Egg Harbor Township Police Department with additional information.
