Drexel Hill, PA (February 13, 2022) – Injuries were reported in a multi-vehicle collision that took place on a roadway in Drexel Hill on Sunday morning, February 13.
Philadelphia Police confirmed that the accident happened on Burmont Road around the area of Huey Avenue and School Lane. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when one or more lost control, causing the vehicles to forcefully collide with each other. The involved vehicles were badly damaged as a result of the accident.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the accident for an extended period of time as police worked to clear the scene.
