Cherry Hill, NJ (February 8, 2022) – Injuries stemmed from a car accident that took place in Cherry Hill on Tuesday afternoon, February 8.
According to the Cherry Hill Police Department, the accident occurred around 2 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of NJ-70 around the area of Springdale Road. One or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided due to reasons that are not fully known. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Several responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were immediately called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the collision. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time. Traffic was backed up all the way to NJ-295. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
