Camden, NJ (March 13, 2022) – Injuries were reported in a car crash that took place on Sunday morning, March 13, in Camden.
According to Camden officials, the accident happened around 6:07 a.m. in the northbound lanes of I-676 near Collings Avenue. Police confirmed that there were several vehicles traveling in the area when they were involved in a forceful chain-reaction collision with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were severely damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries in the accident. The injured parties, who have not yet been identified, were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
Due to the severity of the accident, all northbound lanes of traffic were blocked for a period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
