As an associate and trial attorney for Spear Greenfield, Timothy J. Domis frequently experiences real life “David vs. Goliath” scenarios as many of his clients’ lives are negatively impacted due to the negligence of corporations. Throughout his legal career, Timothy has focused his practice on representing people who are facing the imposing budget and resources of a large corporate entity. Since joining the firm, Timothy has handled every aspect of a client’s case, from inception all the way up through resolution. Realizing his goal of representing clients inside the courtroom, he is routinely in court, including trying cases in front of juries in all of the surrounding counties.
Having been raised by parents who worked in the real estate business, Timothy initially planned on practicing law related to real estate transactions. After an internship with the now-retired Judge Richard B. Klein and other notable experiences during law school, Timothy’s passion shifted to advocating for clients inside the courtroom. Before joining Spear Greenfield, he gained valuable experience representing people in a wide variety of litigation, from representing shareholders in class action litigation to representing people facing debt collection.
Originally from California, Timothy spent several years working in the movie business for Paramount Pictures. After moving to Philadelphia, he ended up meeting his wife on his very first day in the City of Brotherly Love. Timothy has built a happy life in Philly with his wife and four small children!
