Thomas F. Lovecchio has spent his entire career representing individuals and families injured due to the negligent actions of others, while taking on large insurance companies. Prior to joining Spear Greenfield, Thomas was an associate at two prominent personal injury firms where he handled a variety of cases ranging from medical malpractice to defective products, motor vehicles, and dangerous premises. At Spear Greenfield, Thomas primarily helps those who have been injured by a motor or commercial vehicle or dangerous premises. Through his practice, Thomas focuses on ensuring the overall safety of the community by holding negligent individuals and companies responsible for their actions as well as providing his clients with closure after experiencing a tragic event.
Thomas is a 2016 graduate of the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a 2019 honors graduate of Widener University Commonwealth Law School where he completed the necessary coursework to obtain a certificate in Advocacy. In law school, Thomas was the internal managing editor for the Widener Journal of Law, Economics, and Race as well as the external vice president for the Trial Advocacy Honor Society. Thomas is also a member of The Order of the Barristers. Outside of practicing law, you can find Thomas practicing jiu jitsu at The Jiu Jitsu Company in Old City.
