Richard H. Kugel is an associate and trial attorney at Spear Greenfield, who handles every aspect of preparing a case for trial. He is known by his clients as a dedicated and persistent trial attorney, which is a reputation that has earned him awards throughout Pennsylvania. Richard proudly represents his clients and fights to ensure they receive maximum compensation for their injuries. Since graduating law school, Richard has concentrated his practice on litigation, currently focusing his practice in the areas of property and motor vehicle liability.
Richard obtained his Bachelor Degree from Moravian College, where he also played 4 years of football. Due to his incredible ability to successfully balance his athletic endeavors with his academic responsibilities, Richard was named to the 2014 National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society. After graduating from Moravian College, he attended Widener University Delaware Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Moe Levine Trial Team. As a member of the trial team, Richard participated in the 2019 TYLA National Trial Competition in Washington D.C., where he quickly realized his passion for advocating for the “little guy” in the courtroom against big corporations. During graduation from Widener University Delaware Law School, Richard was named Cum Laude.
