Michael G. Spear

Michael Spear is an associate with the firm, a trial attorney and the son of the founding partner, Rand Spear. At an early age, Mr. Spear expressed his desire to follow in his father’s footsteps. Before he became a lawyer, he attended Bishop Eustace Preparatory School in Pennsauken, New Jersey, where he was named captain of the high school football team. Throughout high school, his commitment and hard work led to success both on and off the football field. Marc F. Greenfield

Marc F. Greenfield is the managing partner of the firm. Before Mr. Greenfield became a lawyer, his interests were in the computer and electronics fields. He worked with computer magazines internationally on a service that predated the world wide web. Upon graduating from college, Mr. Greenfield’s interests in being a lawyer took control. Since he was a competitive debater in high school, he knew he wanted not just to represent the injured and people in need, but he wanted to be a trial lawyer, the kind of lawyer that goes to court and pushes the other side to pay the most money to his clients. Stuart Richman is a partner with the firm. Long before he became an attorney, the law appealed to Mr. Richman. The construction of a set of rules that a society lives by has always been an interest of his. Konstantina I. Logothetis

Konstantina I. Logothetis works as an associate at Spear Greenfield. She earned her Bachelors from Rutgers Camden and pursued further education at Delaware Law School – Widener University. Konstantina interned with Judge Paula Dow at the Burlington County Superior Court and worked with Geeta Tweari as a research assistant. Additionally, she serves as a member of the Camden County Bar Association Young Lawyers Committee (CCBA YLC). When she isn’t working, Konstantina enjoys travel, especially to Greece.

Danielle H. Alush

Danielle Alush is an associate attorney with the firm. Danielle obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Temple University and spent time volunteering in the ICU at Abington Memorial Hospital.

Timothy S. Park

Timothy S. Park is an associate at Spear Greenfield. He graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and continued his education at Georgetown University Law Center. In law school, Timothy worked with the Legal Network of the Catholic Charities in Washington, DC to help low-income individuals seeking legal assistance on financial matters. Timothy was also a member and editor for the Georgetown Environmental Law Review. He wrote an article which was published by the Law Review. Prior to joining Spear Greenfield, Timothy did an internship with a law firm where he gained a passion for civil litigation and personal injury work.
