Vehicle Collisions in Pennsylvania
After a car accident, it is paramount that your lawyer initiates an investigation right away. Bystanders have to be interrogated, photographs of the vehicles and scene must be taken, and other vital evidence must be gathered. The more time you let pass, the more difficult it will be to track down other essential proof such as security videos from area stores, that will confirm your version of events.
Your insurance adjuster will most likely undervalue or devalue your benefits without your knowledge. Pennsylvania has deadlines for filing insurance claims as well as personal injury claims. If you miss any of these, your case can be dismissed and you will not be allowed to re-file. This means you will not be able to collect financial compensation for your losses.
