Spring City, PA (April 9, 2022) – Injuries were reported in a car accident that took place on a major roadway in Spring City on Saturday afternoon, April 9.
According to local officials, the accident happened at 2:11 p.m. on PA-100 around the area of Fairview Road and Prizer Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when one or more lost control, causing the vehicles to forcefully collide with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the accident for an extended period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
