Philadelphia, PA (January 10, 2022) – Philadelphia Police confirmed that a multi-vehicle crash with injuries occurred on a major roadway in Philadelphia on Monday morning, January 10.
The accident, according to police, happened at 7:40 a.m. on Lincoln Drive around the area of Kelly Drive. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they forcefully collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. The involved vehicles were towed from the scene due to extensive damages.
Numerous responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the collision. The injured parties were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in the area to Wissahickon Avenue. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
