Motorcycle Accidents in New Jersey

Despite the efforts of officials, manufacturers, and traffic analysts, thousands of individuals are tragically slain or injured annually in these accidents, despite campaigns that promote safe driving. Additionally, in a single year, New Jersey was the site of over 500 of the more than 32,000 fatal auto accidents that occurred nationwide. In addition, New Jersey transportation authorities reported over 275,000 motor vehicle accidents in the state during a single calendar year, resulting in nearly 60,000 injuries.
Traffic accidents are on the rise, despite advancements in roadway maintenance and vehicle safety, which leaves motorists at risk. Thankfully, you may have legal options in the event of an accident that results in injury. Contact a lawyer who has experience in personal injury and vehicle accident cases as soon as possible. It is advisable to retain legal counsel and qualified advice at the outset to allow your legal team the necessary time to gather pertinent evidence, coordinate the facts of your case, and develop and build a strong claim on your behalf.
In addition, your attorney will negotiate with any third parties, such as your insurer or the insurance company of another motorist. Even if you were not at fault, a skillful counsel will inform your insurance carrier to inquire about your coverage and the amount you are owed during negotiations with these entities.
